This is one of the best known doo-wop songs with a great message to the lyrics. This is not my best performance (as Randy, Paula & Simon would say ... "A bit pitchy") but it is my only recording that I have at this time. I hope to get into a studio again and re-record it without the pitchiness and a better sound all together. Despite that I hope you enjoy it. |
This song is from the 1992 movie "PURE COUNTRY" and sung by George Strait as "Dusty Wyatt Chandler". This was the movie ending song where "Dusty" sang it to "Harley Tucker" played by Isabel Glasser. |
